  • Install a QR code reader app on your smartphone, such as “Google Lens”.
  • Once a member of the public has visited a police station, for whatever reason, a poster board will be displayed at the client service center of the police station with a black and white QR code.
  • The member of the public will then scan the QR code on their smartphone and point the phone to the bar code, where a square block will form around the bar code.
  • It will then bring up an online questionnaire on the phone with a couple of questions to answer. Once the questions have been answered, the user needs to click the submit button, which will then send the survey data to the police.
